Who is responsible

The operator of this website is the painter named on the Contact page (the "controller"). Promotional – will be replaced.

What data we process

When you send a message through the contact form, we process your name, e-mail address and the content of your message, only to reply to you and, where relevant, to handle your enquiry about a work. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in answering messages (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and at most 2 years, unless a longer period is required by law.

Visit statistics

This website counts visits without cookies and without storing IP addresses. A visitor is represented by an anonymous code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you.

Who receives the data

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties. It is stored with our web hosting provider, which processes it on our behalf.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk). To exercise your rights, write to the e-mail address on the Contact page.
